November Cut Off Information

Due to our recent utility billing software conversion, cut off day for November will be November 25th, 2025.
Payment must be received BEFORE 8am on 11/25/2025 to avoid the $25 service fee. Payments can be made on our website hobartok.gov or in person at city hall. Payments can also be dropped off at the drop box located in the drive thru at city hall.
